2. VORIK services
VORIK provides a digital platform through which users can discover, request or book mobility services including ride-hailing, taxis, vehicle rental and other services offered through the platform.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account access credentials secure. Any use of your account that appears unauthorized should be reported promptly to VORIK.
4. Bookings
A request or booking must contain sufficiently accurate information for fulfilment. Availability may depend on location, time, selected category and operational conditions.
5. Prices and payments
Applicable prices, estimates, fees or conditions are presented within the relevant booking flow where available. Amounts may depend on the selected service, duration, distance or other parameters disclosed before confirmation.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and any applicable refunds are governed by the VORIK Cancellation and Refund Policy and any specific conditions displayed for the relevant service.
7. Conduct and safety
You must not use VORIK for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or in a manner that may compromise the safety of users, drivers, partners, vehicles or information systems.
8. Partners and service providers
Some services may be fulfilled by separate drivers, vehicle owners or partners. VORIK organizes and facilitates the digital interactions required for each service according to the applicable service model.
9. Platform availability
VORIK aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical incidents, network problems or external circumstances may temporarily affect the service.
10. Account suspension or closure
An account may be limited or suspended in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, security risk or serious violation of these terms. Users may also request account deletion through the procedure provided by VORIK.
11. Changes to these terms
VORIK may update these terms as services or applicable requirements evolve. The version published on this page is the version available to users.
