VORIK can present different mobility options according to availability and local operating conditions. The service description displayed during booking indicates the applicable journey type.
When an estimate is available, VORIK displays pricing information before confirmation. Actual pricing may depend on the selected service, route, availability and applicable pricing conditions.
VORIK provides access to eligible vehicle listings published through its vehicle and partner ecosystem. Availability and rental conditions are shown for the relevant vehicle or offer.
Before confirming a ride, VORIK may display an estimated fare based on the information available at the time of the request, including the pickup location, destination, estimated distance, expected travel conditions and the selected service option. The amount shown is an estimate and may change if the trip details change, for example when the destination is modified, additional stops are added, the actual route differs significantly from the initial estimate, or other applicable pricing conditions change. Always review the fare information displayed in the app before confirming your ride.
Cancellation options depend on the current stage of the booking. Use the cancellation action shown in the trip interface. Applicable cancellation conditions are displayed or governed by VORIK cancellation policy.
When real-time tracking is available for the active trip, VORIK displays the relevant trip and driver location information in the application.
Use the communication options made available in the active booking or trip interface. For privacy and safety, use VORIK-supported communication channels whenever possible.
