VORIK may provide information strictly necessary to drivers, vehicle owners, partners or service providers involved in fulfilling the requested service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary for platform security.
6. Payments
Where a service involves payment, certain transaction information may be processed by VORIK and/or a payment provider. Processing is limited to information required to track, confirm and manage the transaction.

VORIK uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Information is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or, where applicable, deletion of your information. You can also manage certain permissions directly from your device.
