Visit Driver HelpStart the driver onboarding journey from VORIK’s driver area. You will be guided through the information and verification steps required for the activities you intend to provide.
Required documents can vary according to activity type, vehicle, jurisdiction and verification status. The onboarding interface displays the documents currently required for your situation.
Location can be required for service-area checks, dispatch, navigation, trip progress and safety-related functions. Device permissions must be configured correctly for location-dependent features.
Verification time depends on the completeness and validity of submitted information and on any review that may be required. You can follow your onboarding status in the driver interface.
Vehicle access and eligibility depend on the driver’s operating arrangement and VORIK’s supported vehicle workflows. A driver may use an eligible vehicle associated with the appropriate owner or fleet relationship.
Use the availability controls provided in the VORIK Driver experience. Only use availability mode when you are ready and legally able to accept supported mobility requests.
Eligible and available drivers may receive mobility requests through the VORIK Driver workflow according to service area, vehicle eligibility and dispatch conditions.
Use the actions presented with the request. The effects of accepting, declining or allowing an offer to expire depend on the applicable dispatch and platform rules.
